In coaching, the coach empowers the client to discern between present choices and take action towards future goals. In therapy, the client defers to the therapist who typically has a past-focused approach to helping the client understand their behavior to process a current problem. Past patterns and events can certainly come up in coaching but you’ll be encouraged to learn from them and discern the best way to move forward.

Yes, I can, but you need to know that I practice and live my Catholic faith. I pray for my clients – past, present, and future. Your spiritual growth is important to me and I hope it’s important to you.

Results for my clients are not always quantitative but they are always qualitative. While other coaches promise you weight loss or business profits (and you may reap these fruits working with me) your results will go deeper, such as: spiritual growth, creative bloom, peace of mind, orderly home-life, confident decision making, next-step clarity, and deepening your relationships. I walk with you on your path to transformation, I don’t carry you. You still have to do the work. Your results are as unique as you are.

The biggest differences between being a private coaching client and VIP membership are time, attention, and momentum:

Time: as a private coaching client, you’ll meet with me weekly, which will naturally accelerate your mindset, spiritual growth, and results and as a VIP Member, we’ll meet monthly.

Attention: As a private coaching client you’ll get dedicated support and increased accountability with weekly sessions and check-ins. As a VIP Member, you’ll have guaranteed attention while still being a part of the Keep Blooming Club.
